Asahi and Kitasuna to play at the Vancouver International Little League Classic Baseball Tournament4/16/2018 The Asahi Baseball Association has been instrumental in bringing the prestigious Tokyo-Kitasuna Little League to the VILLC. Tokyo-Kitasuna has represented Japan at the Little League World Series (LLWS) six times since 2001 and won the Championship Four times in 2001, 2012, 2015, and 2017. The Tournament host is Little Mountain Baseball. Tokyo-Kitasuna will be bringing 28 players and participate as 2 teams. Below is a partial list of the schedule including all Asahi (highlighted) and Tokyo-Kitasuna games. Please come out and support the Asahi and Tokyo-Kitasuna. This is a wonderful opportunity to see Japanese baseball at the highest level for the age group.
