The 2019 Asahi Japan Tour Team is selling packs of smoked sockeye as their fundraiser. The wild sockeye is deboned by hand, seasoned by hand, and smoked in North Van. A perfect appetizer for your holiday gatherings. The packs are vacuum sealed and frozen. This was a very popular item last year and supply is limited so order early!
