What are you studying / working as: Bachelors of Science, Specializing in Medical Microbiology, Physiology and Genetics 4. What are you aspiring to become: Medicine/Scientific Research 5. Comment on how Baseball has played a role in your life and development: It is my participation in baseball that has taught me that losing is nothing to be ashamed of, but something that we can learn from. Although winning is something we all love, losing teaches you how much harder you have to work and train to win the next time. And now that my career has ended, I realize that playing baseball at a competitive level enshrined the spirit of competition within me and that the bonds that I have created through baseball with coaches and friends will be some of the strongest relationships that I will have for the rest of my life.
