For those PeeWee, Bantam & Tour Prep players who are going to the Winter Oval Training Clinic at the Richmond Oval, this is the High Performance Centre training option. It includes gym time and coach training for 7 sessions (Jan 15, 29, Feb 5, 12, 19, 26, Mar 5).
Time slots / Division:
2:45 PM to 3:45 PM Bantam / Tour Prep
4:00 PM to 5:00 PM PeeWee
This is a great shape to tone up and keep in shape during the off season.
Limit of only 10 players per session.
