For those PeeWee, Bantam & Tour Prep players who are going to the Fall Oval Training Clinic, this is the High Performance Centre gym training option.
It includes gym time and coach training for 7 sessions (January 19, 26, February 2, 9, 16, 23 March 2).
Time slots / Division:
2:30 PM to 3:30 PM Bantam / Tour Prep
3:45 PM to 4:45 PM PeeWee
This is a great shape to tone up and keep in shape during the off season.
Limit of around 10 players per session.
