For those PeeWee, Bantam & Tour Prep players who are going to the Fall Oval Training Clinic, there is an additional High Performance Centre gym training available.
It includes gym time and coach training for 8 sessions (October 13, 20, 27 November 3, 10, 17, December 1, 8).
Time slots / Division:
2:30 PM to 3:30 PM Bantam / Tour Prep
3:45 PM to 4:45 PM PeeWee
This is a great shape to tone up and keep in shape during the off season.
Minimum of 10 players per session.
